Subscription fees

Subscriptions are billed in advance for each billing period. You can cancel at any time to stop future renewals; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period, and you keep access until then. Except where the Consumer Protection Act, 2008 or other applicable law requires otherwise, subscription fees already paid for the current period are non-refundable.

Your statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits any right you have under South African consumer law, including cooling-off rights that may apply to electronic transactions. If a statutory right entitles you to a refund, we will honour it.

Engagement payments and escrow

Money you move through the platform to fund an engagement (for example, escrow for a milestone) is separate from your subscription fee. Those funds are governed by the terms of the engagement and our dispute process, not by this subscription refund policy.
